Quality Systems Training Specialist (Biotech)

Location: Remote from the United States, with 10% travel to Fargo, North Dakota and/or Coralville, Iowa.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 annually, plus eligible bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain compliant GMP training programs aligned with global regulatory and quality standards.
• Administer the electronic Learning Management System, including assignments, curricula, job codes, user access, qualification programs, reviews, and training records.
• Assess new and revised procedures to determine training requirements, delivery methods, and qualification activities.
• Monitor training compliance, investigate training-related issues, and drive timely resolution of overdue or at-risk activities.
• Advise managers and associates on training requirements, qualification expectations, and compliance obligations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience creating or facilitating training programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a life science-related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of competency-based and application-based training.
• Experience establishing and maintaining training programs in electronic document management systems.
• Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device document control is preferred; MasterControl experience is also preferred.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel approximately 10% to Fargo, ND and/or Coralville, IA.
