Sales Executive (Women's Health)

Location: Must be based in the greater Cincinnati, Ohio area; the role is based in New Albany, Ohio and requires 50% travel to customer sites, meetings, conferences, and trade events.

Target base pay: $94,000–$156,000 annually. Candidates in California and New York metro may receive a target range of $104,000–$173,000.

What you will do

• Deliver in-person product education to healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, and high-value accounts.
• Conduct virtual detailing appointments and execute appointment-based selling strategies.
• Coordinate webinars, educational programs, conferences, and digital campaigns across the assigned geography.
• Build long-term partnerships with healthcare providers, office staff, and health system stakeholders.
• Develop customized engagement strategies and expand business within existing accounts while identifying new prescribers.
• Coordinate with Sales Support on scheduling, sample fulfillment, educational materials, and follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience with medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, CRM systems, and virtual selling.
• Women’s health experience is preferred.
• Must be based in the greater Cincinnati, Ohio area and able to travel 50%.
• Immigration sponsorship or support is not available, including Form I-983 STEM OPT training plan support.
