Freight Claims Specialist (Logistics)

Location: Querétaro, Mexico; onsite Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM MX Time, with an hour break and some coverage-based flexibility.

What you will do

• File freight claims within five business days of receipt, following company policies.
• Respond to carrier and customer inquiries within three business days and provide timely updates.
• Review claims older than 90 days each month and resolve delays or outstanding issues.
• Maintain accurate records of claims, inquiries, resolutions, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with the freight claims team on complex claims and process improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent bilingual English and Spanish communication is required for verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail when reviewing documents and data.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify risks and compliance issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Availability for full-time onsite work in Querétaro, Mexico, Monday through Friday.
