Transportation Analyst

What you will do

• Manage domestic, international, and cross-border freight across ground, air, ocean, parcel, and drayage networks.
• Coordinate transportation execution with suppliers, carriers, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, freight forwarders, and customers.
• Monitor OTP, OTD, lead times, shipment visibility, carrier performance, and other transportation KPIs.
• Analyze transportation data to improve service, reduce costs, optimize transit times, and increase network efficiency.
• Manage carrier relationships, provide carrier updates and RCCAs, support procurement activities, and resolve operational issues.
• Participate in value stream activities and lead Rapid Improvement Workshops when needed.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in a supply chain-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with domestic, international, and cross-border transportation across air, ocean, ground, and parcel networks.
• Knowledge of carrier management, customs processes, and international freight.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English at an intermediate to advanced level and availability to work Monday through Friday.
