Branch Manager (Electrical Distribution)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, motivate, and train branch personnel while addressing performance and personnel issues.
• Manage branch profitability, P&L, sales targets, net income, assets, and expense budgets.
• Implement sales and operational initiatives, including customer digital adoption and market development.
• Oversee safety, security, facilities, equipment, inventory control, and appropriate stock levels.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, sales, marketing, and other business partners.
• Make deliveries and support counter sales, order preparation, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping when required.

Requirements

• On-site presence in Poca, West Virginia, United States is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, operations, electrical distribution, or a similar B2B industry.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; a four-year degree is preferred.
• Experience with inventory control, warehouse operations, sales strategy, customer service, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems such as Solar Eclipse.
• If deliveries are required, a valid driver's license, required medical certification, and compliant driving record are necessary.

Nice to have

• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment certification.
• Four-year bachelor's degree.
• Experience managing P&Ls.
