Sales Manager (Retail)

Location: North Wales, Pennsylvania, United States; in-store retail position requiring extended standing or walking, ladder use, and availability for days, nights, weekends, holidays, and at least two closing shifts per week.

What you will do

• Lead customer service and sales-floor activities, helping families select products from preemie through size 14.
• Build product and brand expertise and educate customers and store employees on product styles, features, and benefits.
• Coach the store team on service standards, omni-channel experiences, performance, and customer loyalty programs.
• Serve as Leader on Duty, drive assigned business priorities, respond to customer concerns, and implement actions based on feedback.
• Support a positive, safe, and inclusive environment through customer service, safety awareness, asset protection, and operational controls.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and effective professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use Outlook, Excel, web navigation, and other computer technologies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders.
• Availability for scheduled days, nights, weekends, holidays, and at least two closing shifts per week.
