Talent Development Coordinator

Location: Avon, Minnesota, United States; onsite role

Salary: $24.46–$33.64 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity

What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor company-wide training initiatives and maintain accurate training records.
• Organize, schedule, and oversee in-person and virtual training events.
• Maintain employee training, certification, and license records in HRIS, databases, and learning management systems.
• Monitor completed training, track certification expiration dates, and coordinate renewals with employees.
• Purchase and maintain training materials and distribute them to field personnel.
• Register employees for external training programs and help keep training events on schedule.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience; alternatively, a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least one year of comparable experience.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Ability to coordinate training, certification, and licensing records.
