Emerging Talent Development Specialist

What you will do

• Facilitate and develop content for in-person workshops, experiential learning, online sessions, assessments, and other learning materials.
• Support new associate onboarding and the creation, administration, facilitation, and assessment of Career Development Programs.
• Promote learning opportunities and execute communications for early-career development initiatives.
• Coach early-career associates through workshops, career conversations, resume reviews, mock interviews, and individualized guidance.
• Identify high-potential emerging talent and connect associates with Talent Acquisition, projects, and advancement opportunities.
• Build relationships with universities, colleges, clubs, community partners, and other organizations to attract talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience facilitating or creating onboarding, professional, or career development programs.
• At least 1 year of experience in coaching or associate development.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, workplace culture, management, and HR practices.
• Instructional design, facilitation, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and work beyond core business hours when necessary.

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
