Salary: $67,000–$81,000 per year for candidates based in the United States; expected OTE is $74,000–$94,000 including bonus or commission.

What you will do

  • Manage the day-to-day administration, scheduling, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination for global new-hire onboarding across AMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
  • Coordinate enrollment, calendars, completion tracking, projects, communications, vendors, rooms, and materials across leadership and learning programs.
  • Maintain onboarding content, program materials, learning platforms, and LMS/LXP administration, including user tagging, course publishing, and roster management.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person onboarding sessions and serve as a point of contact for new hires, hiring managers, and vendors.
  • Collect feedback, administer evaluation surveys, and analyze baseline program data to identify operational improvements.
  • Administer tuition reimbursement, learning stipends, purchase orders, vendor invoices, and contract processing.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional experience.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, HR systems such as Workday and Greenhouse, and related software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and process-documentation skills.
  • Experience with event or cohort management and global scheduling across time zones.
  • Ability to facilitate confidently in virtual and in-person settings and represent Talent Development professionally.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while working autonomously and taking ownership of projects.
