Finishing Spa Lead Trainer

Location: hirify.global, Wisconsin, United States; onsite

Salary: $15.90–$23.80 per hour plus tips/gratuity

What you will do

• Deliver professional guest service and spa treatments while maintaining guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Oversee new-hire training for technical performance and Forbes standards.
• Maintain service quality, cleanliness, grooming, uniform, emergency-procedure, and spa-service standards.
• Contribute to spa menu development through research, ideas, and SOP drafting.
• Help manage associate schedules and in-house training, and act as Lead when the Lead is absent.
• Perform special-event treatments at the spa and other designated venues.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a licensed field.
• Working knowledge of spa services, products, procedures, and amenities.
• Ability to maintain continuing-education requirements under Wisconsin or Illinois regulations.
• Professional communication and customer-service skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
