Senior MS Dynamics 365 BC Consultant (US)

Location: United States — remote from any location; US citizen or Green Card holder work authorization required.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementations of the rental management solution from discovery and solution design through configuration, migration, testing, and go-live support.
• Map asset tracking, rental contracts, billing, maintenance scheduling, and dispatch processes to the solution and core Business Central functionality.
• Configure Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs/Projects, and Fixed Assets modules alongside the rental management extension.
• Support pre-sales discovery calls, product demonstrations, and project scoping with sales and solution architects.
• Train customer administrators and end users, and create documentation, configuration guides, and process playbooks.
• Resolve customer and partner functional issues, support implementation partners, and escalate platform bugs with clear reproduction steps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Business Central functional consulting or implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Business Central Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs, and Fixed Assets modules.
• Experience with asset-intensive, rental, field-service, construction, industrial equipment, or oilfield-services environments.
• Strong requirements-gathering, stakeholder communication, and customer training skills.
• Experience working with ISV or vertical add-on products rather than only out-of-the-box Business Central.
• US citizenship or a Green Card is required.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification.
• Basic familiarity with AL extensions and customizations.
