Microsoft D365 CRM Consultant II

Location: Remote; US-based benefits and compensation structure apply.

Salary: $66,000–$89,000 annual base pay, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Support analysis and design sessions across sales, marketing, service, and operational requirements.
• Assist with CRM project phases including planning, design, implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and support.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, user stories, and configuration designs.
• Configure, test, demonstrate, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and related applications.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, escalating risks, scope concerns, and timeline issues.
• Mentor Consultant I team members and support business development through solution demonstrations, proposals, events, and technical content.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience with software implementations, business requirements, business process management, and CRM.
• At least 2 years of business analysis experience.
• Experience with software troubleshooting and testing.
• Strong understanding of logical data modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to combine innovative thinking with disciplined use of established methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM products, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Marketing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Visio skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications.
• Undergraduate degree in information systems, information technology, business, engineering, economics, or a related field.
