Senior Director, Pricing Operations (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design and build a centralized Pricing Operations function with clear ownership of strategy, analytics, and deal support.
• Define and implement a segment-aware pricing cadence for different parts of the business.
• Establish a pricing council and governance model with documented rationale, ownership, and advance communication.
• Direct the development of AI-assisted digital workers for competitor pricing, discount, discount-depth, and market-alert analysis.
• Provide senior leadership with early visibility into competitor pricing changes and market disruption.
• Define and report metrics covering cadence adherence, decision-to-communication time, and discount discipline.

Requirements

• Experience building or transforming pricing, revenue operations, or deal desk functions in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Experience leading organizational change, centralizing distributed functions, and establishing governance.
• Knowledge of discount governance and competitive pricing intelligence, including data and AI-assisted monitoring tools.
• Strong people leadership experience and the ability to build a team and operating rhythm from the ground up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with sales, finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
