Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst (Technology Change)

What you will do

• Analyse and report technology change spend against strategic plans.
• Build financial models supporting technology investment decisions, business cases, ROI, payback, and value delivery.
• Track project budgets, actuals, forecasts, capitalisation, amortisation, and benefits.
• Provide financial insight to Finance Business Partners, Technology, and Transformation stakeholders.
• Improve cost attribution, including cloud tagging and shared-services allocation, and enhance project-spend data quality.
• Contribute to investment governance, programme performance tracking, automation, and AI-enabled financial insight.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or investment analysis.
• Experience with business cases, ROI analysis, and benefits tracking.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.

Nice to have

• Experience with technology transformation or digital programmes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms or FinOps concepts.
• Power BI or data visualisation experience.
• Interest in automation, AI, or advanced analytics.
