Senior Director, Pricing Operations (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in Canada. Legal authorization to work in Canada is required, and employer sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Design and build a centralized Pricing Operations function with ownership of strategy, analytics, and deal support.
• Establish segment-aware pricing cadences and replace episodic reviews with regular operating cycles.
• Set up a pricing council and governance model with clear rationale, ownership, and communication for approved changes.
• Lead the development of AI-assisted digital workers for competitor pricing, discount, discount-depth, and market-alert analysis.
• Provide senior leadership with early visibility into competitor pricing moves and market disruption.
• Define and report metrics covering cadence adherence, decision-to-communication time, and discount discipline.

Requirements

• Experience building or transforming pricing, revenue operations, or deal desk functions in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Experience leading organizational change, centralizing distributed functions, and implementing governance.
• Knowledge of discount governance and competitive pricing intelligence, including data- and AI-assisted monitoring tools.
• Strong people leadership skills and experience building teams and operating rhythms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across sales, finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
