Senior Director, Pricing Operations (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design and build a centralized Pricing Operations function covering pricing strategy, analytics, and deal support.
• Implement a segment-aware pricing cadence and establish regular review cycles.
• Set up a pricing council and governance model with clear ownership, rationale, and communication for approved changes.
• Lead the development of AI-assisted digital workers for competitor pricing, discount, discount-depth, and market-alert analysis.
• Provide senior leadership with early visibility into competitor pricing changes and market disruption.
• Define operating metrics and partner with Network Security to align pricing decisions across SecOps and Network Security.

Requirements

• Experience building or transforming pricing, revenue operations, or deal desk functions in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Experience leading organizational change, centralizing distributed functions, and establishing governance.
• Knowledge of discount governance, competitive pricing intelligence, and AI-assisted analysis tools.
• Strong people leadership experience, including building a team and establishing its operating rhythm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with sales, finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
