Decision Analytics Manufacturing & Quality - Analyst II (Pharma)

Location: Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Hybrid working model with work from home and on-site presence at client sites or hirify.global offices for most of the week. Client-facing work requires travel as needed.

What you will do

• Support consulting engagements focused on process design, operational optimization, and performance improvement in drug substance and drug product manufacturing.
• Collect, clean, and analyze operational and quality data, including OEE, yield, cycle time, right-first-time, and deviations.
• Build capacity, throughput, line utilization, and cost-of-quality models and convert findings into client-ready storylines and deliverables.
• Prepare and co-facilitate client workshops and site visits with production, quality, engineering, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Contribute to tech transfer, scale-up, capacity expansion, digital manufacturing, and smart manufacturing analyses.
• Use data from MES, LIMS, QMS, SAP, historians, and automation systems to define KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial, Bio/Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in process engineering, MSAT, production, validation/quality, operational excellence, or operations consulting within pharma, biotech, or regulated process industries.
• Working knowledge of cGMP and quality systems, including deviations, CAPAs, and change control.
• Strong quantitative skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to client stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or R.
• Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma tools.
