Account Executive (Sports Media)

What you will do

• Own and grow a book of business across brand and agency partners.
• Drive revenue across regional sports networks, live sports, streaming, CTV, and digital video inventory.
• Prospect new clients through strategic outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.
• Develop media plans, proposals, RFP responses, and proactive opportunities from pitch through negotiation and close.
• Expand media partnerships into 360-degree programs involving branded content, social, creators, and original programming.
• Collaborate with marketing, insights, media planning, content, production, account management, and ad operations teams while achieving revenue targets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of successful sales experience in sports media, digital media, streaming, CTV, advertising, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue goals and managing a book of business.
• Strong understanding of sports media, streaming, CTV, digital advertising, premium video, and integrated media solutions.
• Existing relationships with brands, agencies, media buyers, and key decision-makers are strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
