Senior Salesforce Practice Architect

Location: 100% remote within the United States; candidates must reside and work in the U.S. Candidates outside a 50-mile radius of Washington, DC are acceptable, with preference for the Metro DMV area for occasional meetings at the hirify.global headquarters or client sites. Up to 10% travel may be required. Eastern Time alignment is preferred.

Salary: $144,381–$245,448 annually.

What you will do

• Design and lead scalable Salesforce solutions for federal, state, and public sector modernization programs.
• Shape technical approaches during early client discussions and lead solution design for priority opportunities.
• Own technical solutioning for proposals, captures, oral presentations, and demonstrations.
• Advise internal leaders, business development teams, and clients on enterprise Salesforce architecture.
• Balance pursuit work with hands-on architecture and delivery leadership.
• Help expand Salesforce offerings, innovation, and practice strategy.

Requirements

• 12+ years designing and implementing Salesforce or comparable SaaS enterprise solutions.
• 5+ years leading complex solutions with expertise in enterprise architecture, integrations, security, scalability, and platform governance.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency and residence and work within the United States are required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust and/or security clearance.
• One or more mainline Salesforce certifications, such as Application Architect, System Architect, Data Architect, Integration Architect, or Technical Architect.
• Experience with public sector modernization, proposals, executive client discussions, and large enterprise clients.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, OmniStudio, MuleSoft, Salesforce Data 360, or Agentforce experience.
• Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant, Public Sector Solutions, Platform Developer I, or Agentforce Specialist certification.
• Experience with defense or civilian federal agencies, FedRAMP, or high-security environments.
• Consulting or systems integrator experience.
• Hands-on use of Codex, LLM-based tools, and agentic AI workflows in Salesforce environments.
