Senior Engineering Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in the US

Salary: $182,900–$251,225 annual base pay plus annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead Innovation engineering initiatives from discovery through delivery, turning ambiguous opportunities into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Manage and develop engineers through coaching, performance management, career development, and day-to-day support.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to prioritize cross-functional initiatives and deliver new capabilities across multiple teams.
• Identify organizational, technical, and process blockers and drive collaborative solutions.
• Coordinate distributed and acquired engineering teams, dependencies, risks, schedules, resources, and delivery progress.
• Support Innovation planning through resourcing, budget input, initiative prioritization, and operating cadence development.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, product engineering, or closely related technical roles with progressive responsibility.
• Excellent people management skills across multiple initiatives, systems, and regions.
• Experience delivering ambiguous, net-new, or innovation-focused technical initiatives from concept through execution.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering leadership on resource planning, prioritization, and roadmap or delivery planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Strong technical, communication, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Cloud certification such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate.
• Web development experience in frontend or backend.
