AI PDLC Engineering Manager (Agentic AI)

Location: Westminster, Colorado; in office 4 days per week. Travel requirement: minimal to 10%. The posting also lists Lake Oswego, Oregon under conditions.

Salary: $122,500–$168,400 per year, plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Lead an agile engineering pod and direct the use of AI coding agents, agentic frameworks, and multi-agent workflows.
• Transform agentic AI prototypes into secure, scalable production features with robust error handling, test coverage, observability, and compliance controls.
• Own hiring, onboarding, mentoring, career development, and performance coaching for engineers.
• Build and maintain shared repositories, CI/CD pipelines, evaluation datasets, and data access standards.
• Align engineering delivery with product strategy, risk management, organizational standards, and cross-functional priorities.

Requirements

• Experience managing an AI Product Development Life Cycle and directing agentic AI tools across planning and delivery.
• Proven people management and technical leadership experience in fast-paced agile environments.
• Strong object-oriented design and programming skills with deep expertise in .NET and C#.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• Hands-on expertise with relational databases, SQL, API development, ETL processes, and enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Applied understanding of ethical AI, including data privacy, explainability, transparency, and bias mitigation.

Nice to have

• Experience architecting complex enterprise solutions and implementing agentic RAG or context engineering patterns.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems with scalable multi-agent workflows.
