Supply Planning Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Leixlip, Ireland

What you will do

• Lead supply planning for advanced-node manufacturing, factory startup, technology ramp, and high-volume production.
• Translate customer demand into production, supply, inventory, and capacity plans aligned with business and financial objectives.
• Manage short-, mid-, and long-range capacity planning, scenario analysis, constraint management, and supply allocation during constrained conditions.
• Partner with factory leadership, engineering, technology development, global planning organizations, and customers to deliver manufacturing commitments.
• Develop executive recommendations using supply-demand tradeoffs, inventory strategies, capacity constraints, and business impact analysis.
• Drive planning process standardization, operational metrics, advanced planning systems, automation, analytics, and Lean transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Experience leading supply planning, factory planning, manufacturing operations, or semiconductor supply chain organizations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in complex manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated people management, coaching, organizational leadership, and succession planning experience.
• Strong expertise in supply planning, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and manufacturing operations.
• Ability to work on-site in Leixlip, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor foundry, factory planning, or advanced technology manufacturing experience.
• Experience with leading-edge processes such as hirify.global 3, hirify.global 18A, 14A, or comparable technologies.
• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing, customer delivery execution, and global supply chains.
• Experience with ERP systems, advanced planning tools, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
