Assembly and Test NPI Integrator

What you will do

• Coordinate and execute New Product Introduction activities from engineering builds through high-volume manufacturing.
• Act as the primary coordination point across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Develop NPI execution plans, define dependencies and estimates, and track project schedules and performance against milestones.
• Coordinate manufacturing readiness, including system setup, process flow, material readiness, capacity, build routing, and BOM documentation.
• Drive Design for Manufacturing alignment and identify solutions to product and process challenges.
• Investigate delivery issues, perform root cause analysis, coordinate mitigation and recovery actions, and support factory certification documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, technology transfer, or a related engineering role.
• Knowledge of assembly and/or test processes, technology-development transfer methodologies, and statistical data analysis.
• Strong collaboration, organization, and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Penang, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
