Statistical Process Lead Engineer (Manufacturing)

hirify.global operates a manufacturing facility where this role supports new product introduction and existing product processes.

What you will do

• Drive and champion Statistical Process Control implementation and sustainability across relevant processes at the Kulim facility.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Process, and Quality Engineers on root-cause analysis across outgoing, in-process, and incoming manufacturing streams.
• Execute statistical evaluations, including design of experiments and data mining, to improve quality and process capability.
• Design and run experiments for quality and process capability improvements.
• Support customer excursions and corrective and preventive action activities using statistical methods.
• Define statistical dashboards with the Manufacturing Systems Solutions team and communicate complex analysis to broad audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience implementing statistical process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control principles, manufacturing processes, and cross-functional SPC reviews.
• Extensive proficiency with Minitab and statistical analysis methods.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, self-motivation, and results-oriented skills.
