Location: United States. U.S. citizenship is required to access classified information. Travel up to 30% may be required.
Salary: $180,000–$247,500 USD annually, with potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do
- Lead post-sale technical account strategies and execution plans for strategic federal customers and their Databricks use cases.
- Drive onboarding, enablement, production launch, adoption, and healthy consumption of customer workloads.
- Act as the first technical contact for production and go-live issues across complex accounts.
- Coordinate Shared Services, User Education, Technical Services, Support, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Develop roadmaps covering use-case delivery, user growth, product adoption, cost control, optimization, and governance.
- Report customer health, risks, investment status, adoption, and use-case progress to technical leadership.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required for access to classified information.
- 7+ years of accountable technical project or program delivery experience in Data and AI.
- Programming experience with Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles.
- Understanding of distributed data systems, solution architecture, business value attribution, and technical program management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
