Finance Manager, DS International Transformation Office (MedTech)

Location: UK or Czechia; listed locations are Leeds, UK and Prague, Czechia. Hybrid role with up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Base pay: Kč1,177,000.00–Kč2,030,900.00 annually.

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, business case development, value realization tracking, and performance management for international transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate transformation roadmaps, workplans, milestones, governance forums, risks, dependencies, and benefit realization.
• Drive standardization, simplification, process improvement, and future-state operating model development across finance and controlling.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and Program Management stakeholders to support execution and organizational adoption.
• Develop executive dashboards, reporting, presentations, financial analyses, and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams, coach analysts and project members, and support compliance, controls, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, business partnering, finance transformation, consulting, or a related area.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, performance management, business cases, financial models, and investment analysis.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a multinational or matrixed environment.
• Advanced financial modelling, analytics, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of ERP and financial reporting systems.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• MBA, Master’s degree, or CPA, CMA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with large-scale transformation, separation, integration, ERP implementation, digital transformation, or operating model redesign.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, value realization, program governance, or process simplification.
• Additional European languages and prior people leadership experience.
