Finance Business Partner MicroE - Americas & EMEA

Location: On-site in Port Washington, USA or Harbourgate, United Kingdom; travel of 10% or less.

What you will do

• Partner with Americas and EMEA business leaders to understand factors affecting orders, sales, margins, and business performance.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning, pricing plans, and sales incentive plans.
• Build financial models and analyze pricing, capital, and expenditure forecasts.
• Develop financial and operational metrics, dashboards, and reports to improve analytical capabilities and process efficiency.
• Provide standard financial reporting and analysis to the MicroE Global Finance and Global Product Management teams.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive experience, including at least one similar role.
• Experience partnering with business leaders on sales and order forecasts and budgets.
• Strong understanding of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Highly analytical, intellectually curious, emotionally intelligent, and able to communicate effectively.
• Experience using technology effectively, including ERP systems, consolidation tools, Excel, and artificial intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
