Finance Business Partner (Micro Electronics - Americas & EMEA)

Location: On-site in Port Washington, USA, or Harbourgate, United Kingdom

Annual salary: $160,000–$180,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Partner with sales leadership and the Americas and EMEA business regions to analyze orders, sales, margins, and performance drivers.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning, pricing plans, and sales incentive plans.
• Build financial models and analyze pricing, capital expenditure, variances, trends, and exposures.
• Improve financial and operational reporting processes, metrics, dashboards, and analytical capabilities.
• Provide standard financial reporting and pricing, capital, and expenditure analysis to the global finance and product management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience, including experience in a similar role or a combination of accounting and FP&A roles.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to build sales and order forecasts and budgets.
• Strong understanding of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Highly analytical, intellectually curious, emotionally intelligent, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience using technology effectively, including ERP systems, consolidation tools, Excel, and artificial intelligence.
