Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States of America; candidates must reside in the assigned geography and/or be willing to relocate to it. The role requires travel up to 50% of the time.

Base pay: $111,000.00–$178,250.00 per year.

What you will do

  • Expand patient access to pharmaceutical products and help maintain viable sites of care within the assigned territory.
  • Educate practices on infusion efficiency, payer changes, patient assistance programs, and appropriate site-of-care decisions.
  • Manage customer accounts by applying brand strategy, coordinating internal resources, and communicating value propositions.
  • Support Immunology Specialists and District Managers with product access, pull-through, reimbursement, and promotion activities.
  • Mentor doctors and clinic staff on in-office infusion programs, including scheduling, staffing, authorization, billing, inventory, and capacity management.
  • Train clinical staff on product reconstitution, admixture, administration, monitoring, adverse-event management, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Valid driver’s license issued by one of the 50 United States.
  • At least three years of successful pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience, including at least one year of specialty sales experience.
  • Residence in the assigned geography or willingness to relocate to it.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Working knowledge of payer policies, reimbursement regulations, Medicare and Medicaid, HIPAA, OSHA, and infusion-related operations is relevant to the role.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling injectable or infused products.
  • Knowledge of immunology, rheumatology, and/or gastroenterology.
  • Experience with reimbursement, payer and provider operations, or infusion operations.
  • Commitment to learning emerging technologies such as AI.
