Location: Colorado or the assigned Pacific Northwest district, covering Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. Residence within the assigned geography or willingness to relocate is required. Travel up to 60%.
Base pay: $141,000–$243,800 per year.

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop Rare Disease Account Executives selling immunology autoantibody products.
- Define a district vision and build a high-performance team culture focused on sales objectives and quotas.
- Design local ecosystem and account-level strategies aligned with overall business priorities.
- Manage district operations within assigned budgets and coordinate field partners.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Strategic Customer Group, and Commercial Excellence.
- Engage key influencers, including healthcare leaders and C-suite executives, to support product adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least five years of successful pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience selling or managing sales teams for FDA-approved products to licensed healthcare professionals.
- Valid driver’s license in one of the 50 United States.
- Residence within the assigned geography or willingness to relocate.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
- Experience managing, coaching, and motivating teams is preferred; rare disease experience, particularly in neurology or hematology, is also preferred.
Nice to have
- Completion of a J&J Management Development Program or equivalent management experience.
- Experience with emerging technologies such as AI and building team confidence in responsible AI use.
