Data Measurement & Reporting Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: United States Work at Home. Remote work requires cable broadband or fiber optic internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.

Salary: $96,700–$161,100 annually, depending on experience and geographic location. Annual bonus eligibility is also anticipated.

What you will do

• Explore, analyze, and interpret large healthcare datasets using SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS, Python, or similar tools.
• Compile data, construct data models, and maintain data quality, integrity, and performance.
• Identify trends and patterns, conduct root cause analysis, and present findings clearly to varied audiences.
• Develop scheduled and ad hoc reports, analytical tools, and processes for account teams and clients.
• Implement data governance procedures and improve reporting workflows and system processes.
• Coordinate with process owners, account representatives, and internal partners to align deliverables with business priorities.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in healthcare or managed care with responsibility for data analysis, data management, relational databases, and reporting.
• Intermediate expertise in relational database concepts and the ability to write SAS or SQL queries across multiple tables and sources.
• Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Python, or other data mining and manipulation tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Experience translating business needs into usable internal and client-facing reports.
• Strong communication, presentation, research, prioritization, and root cause analysis skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with claims reporting, deep-dive analysis, and benefits utilization analysis.
