Bilingual RN Onsite Health Coach

Location: Hybrid in Morganton, North Carolina, United States — 2 days per week remote and 3 days per week onsite at the Leviton plant.

Salary: $77,500–$129,100 USD annually, depending on experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Provide health coaching and support focused on stress, anxiety, depression, and other health challenges.
• Conduct behavioral health screenings and targeted health assessments.
• Develop personalized health improvement plans and evidence-based goals with customers.
• Lead group coaching, wellness challenges, health seminars, and other promotional activities.
• Use biometric data and motivational interviewing to improve clinical outcomes.
• Coordinate with clinical programs, client-specific programs, and matrix partners while tracking clinical targets.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with an active, unrestricted license in the applicable state; a compact or additional state license may be required.
• Spanish bilingual ability is required.
• Hybrid availability is required: 3 onsite days per week in Morganton, North Carolina.
• At least one year of experience in health coaching, health education, or health promotion.
• Current ACLS, BLS, CPR, or AED certification and at least an Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• High-speed cable or fiber internet and a quiet dedicated home office for remote work; minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Nice to have

• Behavioral health, stress reduction, or chronic disease management experience.
• Master’s degree in psychology or a related field.
• NBHWC certification or motivational interviewing training.
• Compact multi-state RN license and New York RN license.
