Financial Analysis, Lead Analyst (PBM Retail Pricing)

Location: United States Work at Home

Salary: $77,900–$129,900 annually, depending on experience and geographic location; eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Complete pricing activities for Full Contracted Retail Value clients, including custom network pricing.
• Coordinate with Network Operations to ensure production price points reflect target rates.
• Monitor client and provider performance and assess re-contracted retail network rates.
• Build and use financial models and reporting tools for forecasting, annual planning, monthly operating reports, and mid-year projections.
• Work with clients and internal teams to address financial or operational issues and opportunities.
• Support client relationships, strategic direction, and issue triage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience in Finance or Supply Chain.
• Experience with financial modeling, financial planning and analysis, and PBM retail network pricing.
• Experience managing client or provider guarantee commitments.
• Experience using SQL and analyzing large data sets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including macros.
• Experience working cross-functionally in collaborative, deadline-driven environments.
