Financial Analytics Manager (Pharmacy Benefits)

Location: Remote - USA

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annual

What you will do

• Analyze client pharmacy spend and underlying cost drivers using proprietary financial tools and Excel.
• Develop methodologies, analytics, and outcome assessments using PharmaLogicTM data.
• Manage financial analysis for RFPs, procurement projects, renewals, and market-check processes.
• Evaluate PBM proposals, review contract terms, and support contract negotiations through financial modeling.
• Prepare client presentations and reports covering utilization, trends, and key pharmacy benefit findings.
• Mentor and train financial analysts while coordinating project timelines and improving team processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a similar analytically focused discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in pharmacy benefit analytic consulting.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel, including financial models and business logic.
• Strong critical-thinking, analytical, organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage competing priorities, take ownership, and operate with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of pharmacy and medical data.
• Experience with Tableau or a similar business intelligence platform.
• Experience with Microsoft Access or relational databases.
