Senior Manager, Finance FP&A (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, anywhere in the United States

Salary: $107,700–$199,300 per year

What you will do

• Oversee revenue forecasting, membership reporting, and financial modeling.
• Analyze sales, marketing, provider network, and regulatory data to assess business performance.
• Model market penetration and develop scenario plans for market entry and exit decisions.
• Build multi-year membership and revenue projections, budgets, and forecasts across geographies and sales channels.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities and support periodic business reviews.
• Develop and manage financial and data analysts while improving reporting accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of accounting, financial analysis, or related finance experience.
• Previous management experience, including hiring, training, work allocation, and performance management.
• Experience with Excel modeling and financial or data systems such as Hyperion and SQL.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in public accounting, operations, information systems, healthcare, or insurance.
• CPA certification.
