Senior Financial Advisor (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Flex - North Carolina, United States. Work is primarily virtual, with a few in-office visits each year; candidates may be considered from states listed on the posting.

Salary: $89,174.00–$142,679.00 per year, plus an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Lead financial analysis and planning efforts for one or more business divisions.
• Develop financial strategies, plans, and actionable outputs aligned with company goals.
• Use customer and consumer insights to evaluate business outcomes and maximize ROI.
• Build relationships with internal partners and provide strategic financial advice to business leaders.
• Lead annual and long-term financial planning, qualitative analysis, and thought leadership.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement initiatives that improve financial impact and resolve emerging business issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree, where required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 7 years of related experience.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and translate financial analysis into business recommendations.
• Availability to work remotely within the states listed on the posting, with occasional in-office visits.

• Health care experience.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, or ROI analysis experience.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for senior leaders.
