Finance Analyst III - IT Finance

Location: Fully remote within the United States; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Lead quarterly forecasting, rolling forecasts, budgeting, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis for Corporate IT.
• Support month-end close and lead financial reporting with variance analysis, trends, and actionable insights for VP-level stakeholders.
• Develop demand and capacity models, workforce metrics, reports, and data-driven analyses for business decisions.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities that improve the accuracy, efficiency, scalability, and timeliness of financial planning and reporting.
• Provide financial oversight for technology investments, workforce decisions, technology purchases, budgets, forecasts, and procurement compliance.
• Partner with finance, accounting, BTS, and operational leaders to support strategic initiatives and maintain financial transparency.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience.
• Strong experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to senior leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting IT functions or working in IT Finance.
• Experience with OneStream, Peoplesoft, Workday, ServiceNow PPM, Planview, or Apptio.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, Alteryx, or similar data and automation tools.
