Senior LV Project Manager (Linguistic Validation)

What you will do

• Manage complex Linguistic Validation projects from initiation through final delivery.
• Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, cross-functional teams, and multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to required quality standards.
• Track project progress, documentation, KPIs, risks, resource constraints, and quality issues.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, change orders, financial control, and project profitability.
• Support process improvements, account growth, proposals, and mentoring of junior team members.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of project management experience or experience in a similar role.
• Experience independently managing complex projects in structured, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of Linguistic Validation processes and stakeholders.
• Experience with client management, budget management, project financials, profitability, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and risk-management skills.
• Degree or qualification in Project Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with translation management systems and CAT tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted productivity tools.
• PMP certification.
• Fluency in an additional language.
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members.
