Salary: $24–$28 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and geographic location

What you will do
- Assist with preparing, deploying, testing, and sampling air-monitoring activities.
- Assemble, operate, troubleshoot, repair, clean, and calibrate ambient air-testing equipment.
- Complete project preparation before field deployment and support laboratory, shop, and equipment maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures and report hazards, unsafe practices, and other potential dangers.
- Provide customer service and technical support to remotely based field technicians resolving equipment faults.
- Document repairs, maintenance, non-conformance events, quality audits, and other field activities.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in industrial settings and outdoors, including hot, cold, rainy, windy, and sunny conditions.
- Must be able to travel 20–50%, including some weekends.
- TWIC, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma through bachelor's degree.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other computer software.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders, lift up to 50 pounds several times a day, and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
