HVAC Field Technician

Location: Brea, California; field-based work at customer locations

Salary: $33.22–$51.40 per hour

What you will do

• Commission, start up, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with team leaders, project managers, and customers to plan installations and repairs.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction at assigned sites.
• Use software, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to diagnose equipment and systems.
• Work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays when business needs require.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain accurate records for company assets and equipment conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 5 or more years of HVAC experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld devices such as smartphones or iPads.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months with an acceptable driving record.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Ability to work on-site at customer locations and meet safety-sensitive role requirements, including possible additional drug screening.
