Salary: $70,000–$72,000 per year

What you will do

• Conduct field activities and collect soil, sediment, groundwater, surface water, and air samples.
• Participate in environmental investigation programs, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
• Compile, reduce, and interpret environmental data and prepare environmental reports.
• Evaluate environmental regulations and support remedial design efforts.
• Coordinate project tasks and provide contractor liaison and oversight for investigation and remedial programs.
• Prepare invoices and budgets, track project budgets, and solve problems using standard engineering and scientific methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in environmental engineering, geology, or a related scientific field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to perform fieldwork involving heavy lifting.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
