Material Flow Supervisor

Location: McCarran, Nevada, United States; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Material Handlers and associates to achieve shipping and receiving requirements.
• Coordinate the internal flow of materials to support production and maintain material availability.
• Receive raw materials, maintenance parts, and engineering equipment from suppliers.
• Manage finished-goods shipments, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and physical inventory audits.
• Develop material-flow strategies that improve operational efficiency.
• Manage Warehouse Management System transactions and create reports for management decisions.

Requirements

• Previous warehousing and material-flow experience is required.
• Experience with safety compliance and material-handling equipment training.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience storing and transporting dangerous goods preferred.
• Passion for sustainability and improving environmental outcomes.
