Seasonal Recruiter

Location: Onsite in New York, New York, United States; remote and hybrid options are not offered.

Salary: $30–$40 per hour

What you will do

• Manage 40–50+ seasonal requisitions simultaneously across multiple departments and locations during peak hiring periods.
• Lead full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, including screening, interviewing, offer preparation, negotiations, and extensions.
• Recruit candidates for temporary roles across media, production, and game operations, while supporting early-career recruitment during non-peak periods.
• Build talent pipelines and maintain strong partnerships with senior management, hiring managers, compensation, finance, and HR Business Partners.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in Greenhouse and provide regular search status updates.
• Coordinate onboarding requirements, including background checks, offer letters, new-hire paperwork, and start dates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage 40–50+ high-volume requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience with recruitment platforms including Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and HireVue.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment law and corporate recruitment processes.
• Superior candidate management and project management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in the United States; relocation assistance is not provided.
