Senior Financial Specialist (Consumer Goods)

Location: On-site at the hirify.global plant in Sumaré, São Paulo, Brazil, at least four days per week

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for assigned businesses at country or division level.
• Analyze financial performance, variances, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
• Build reports, financial models, and tracking tools that provide timely business insights.
• Provide financial recommendations for commercial decisions, growth, productivity, profitability, and resource optimization.
• Partner with business leaders on sales, margins, expenses, pricing, investments, and key performance indicators.
• Drive financial performance discussions with cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in financial planning, financial analysis, business controlling, commercial finance, or similar business support roles.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with financial management, planning, or data visualization systems is valued.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and influencing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Availability to work on-site at the Sumaré plant at least four days per week and support regional businesses.
