Senior Manager, Finance

What you will do

• Track revenues, margins, and OPEX for Brazil and South Latin America against plans and forecasts.
• Partner with regional Sales Teams to prepare accurate bi-weekly revenue forecasts and provide financial insights.
• Deliver ad hoc analytics, projections, and P&L modeling for non-standard sales opportunities.
• Assess revenue recognition criteria and collaborate with Legal and Accounting on contractual terms.
• Drive process improvements, global standardization, and adoption of new technologies.
• Develop the skills of one direct report, a Business Analyst.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of Accounting or Finance experience, including three years managing a related financial function.
• Experience with complex accounting issues, advanced Excel and database skills, and advanced ERP experience.
• Ability to implement process improvements and collaborate with management and executive stakeholders across functions.
• Portuguese and English required; Spanish preferred.
