Revenue Analyst

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 10–20 large pharmaceutical customer accounts.
• Monitor aging reports, outstanding balances, payment trends, collection performance, and monthly cash collection targets.
• Investigate and resolve invoice disputes, payment delays, purchase order discrepancies, and billing issues.
• Collaborate with Billing, Project Finance, Operations, Sales, and customer stakeholders to remove payment barriers.
• Maintain account documentation and collection records, and prepare reports and analyses for customer reviews and business decisions.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing, Customer Financial Services, Revenue Operations, Finance, or a related area is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, large volumes of information, and complex issues with limited supervision.
• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting, plus experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• English communication skills, written and verbal, are required for interaction with global customers and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft.
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, process improvement initiatives, or automation projects.
