Location: Office/site only in São Paulo and Jundiaí, Brazil; willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is required.

What you will do
- Manage project budgets and optimize financial results while keeping costs within approved limits.
- Coordinate logistics for personnel and vendors working on site.
- Compile daily outage reports and weekly personnel time-entry reports.
- Review, reconcile, and close purchase orders, ensuring accurate records in systems such as SAP.
- Prepare cost estimates, financial reports, project cost reconciliations, and final cost reporting.
- Support compliance with EHS, quality, commercial, and business conduct standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience with financial and administrative activities.
- Spanish proficiency is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Availability to travel up to 75% of the time.

- Professional working proficiency in English.
