Project Manager - Construction

Salary: USD 140,000–230,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead construction projects through planning, preconstruction, field execution, turnover, and closeout.
• Coordinate superintendents, trade contractors, suppliers, project controls, safety, quality, procurement, design, and commissioning teams.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, change events, RFIs, submittals, procurement, documentation, risks, and reporting.
• Lead subcontractor performance, issue resolution, sequencing, productivity tracking, and milestone alignment.
• Promote safe, high-quality construction execution and resolve constructability and field-change issues.
• Serve as the primary client-facing construction leader and maintain accountability for financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent construction project management experience.
• At least five years of applicable construction project management experience.
• Experience with field construction execution, subcontractor coordination, schedules, budgets, change management, and client-facing communication.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, cost reporting, and schedule management.
• Ability to lead in active field environments and coordinate internal teams, trade partners, and client stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale industrial, manufacturing, life sciences, food and beverage, heavy construction, renovation, expansion, greenfield, brownfield, or fast-track projects.
• PMP, LEED, CCM, or another construction or project management credential.
