Salary: $185,000–$200,000 annually, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications.

hirify.global supports the USAF Survivable Airborne Operations Center program, a major defense acquisition program developing and delivering the replacement fleet for the E-4B National Airborne Operations Center.

What you will do

• Serve as the Earned Value Management Lead and coordinate with program, financial management, branch, and division stakeholders.
• Analyze EVM, schedule, IPMDAR, and EVM-CR data to identify threshold breaches, performance risks, and corrective actions.
• Review contractor management reserve, undistributed budget, estimates at completion, budget change requests, earned value techniques, and control account performance.
• Evaluate schedule baselines, critical paths, sequencing, schedule deviations, and compliance with DCMA 14-point assessment standards.
• Support Integrated Baseline Reviews, risk documentation, proposal analysis, CDRL compliance, audits, and data requests from government, contractors, and DCMA.
• Use Power BI and other analytical tools to create dashboards, present findings, and deliver EVM and IBR training to integrated product and contracting teams.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of earned value management metrics and their impact on program financial management.
• Experience communicating and presenting financial and EVM data clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain effective internal and external relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience with Earned Value Analysis, scheduling, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and IPMDAR submissions and file structures.
• Knowledge of EIA-748, DFARS, EVMS, and related industry practices and standards.
