Mgr. Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: United States

Salary: $102,300–$145,000 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Drive enterprise-level financial planning and analysis with an emphasis on performance improvement and decision support.
• Partner with Corporate functions on headcount planning, expense planning, strategic analysis, and financial guidance.
• Manage, develop, and mentor a team of financial analysts.
• Develop internal reporting, commentary, analytics, presentations, and key business metrics for senior and executive leadership.
• Support long-term financial modeling, annual operating plan creation, business scenario analysis, and assessment of project financial impact.
• Improve planning and reporting tools, processes, best practices, and ad hoc operational analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, decision-making, communication, and data interpretation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation.
• Strong FP&A systems skills and willingness to perform hands-on analysis.
• Must be able to work in the United States.

• Managerial experience.
• Software industry experience.
• Experience with Microsoft D365, IBM TM1, Power BI, ERP systems, enterprise planning, or data warehousing tools.
